Had that in a pub once. Guy got all excited he saw me, talked to my mother and friends. Still no clue who he was.

I had it last year, I was in in a lot of pain and was being transported to the surgery by bed, when I saw someone I knew and she knew me. It took a few hours, after the surgery before I remember she was my mother's nurse for a bit.
