the button prompts would disappear so you gotta remember the order, and the speed would amp up over time so that was FUN.

oh ouch, big RIP
not a rhythm game but there was a pull-up mini game in ff7r where you just press button combos on the controller to beat the trainer next to you, and pro was so challenging I kept losing by 1. BUT I WON. suck it, trainer. my thumb is still sore this morning.
