@Hazer: You are very close, but it doesn't seem the mono lisa we see is made from crayons.
Looks like constance actually made this art work out of balloons!

The clock is a battery operated clock, and just a normal average clock!
I doubt it has any relevance since it is still ticking and such.

I don't see a painting. I see a mono lisa made from a different medium though haha.
