Here, let wiki explain:

Nosebleed section. ... A common tongue-in-cheek reference to having seats at the upper tiers of a stadium is "sitting in the nosebleed section" or "nosebleed seats". The reference alludes to the propensity for nasal hemorrhage at high altitudes, usually owing to lower barometric pressure.

They are pretty expensive here, too, if you happen to get a really good seat. Otherwise, you're often up in the nosebleed seats.
I dunno how well you do with lots of people and really loud noise, but if you don't like being pumped in the chest with bass, I wouldn't recommend it, ahaha.
