@Rallaa: lol omg. No I usually just stay up late and then think I will fall asleep earlier the next day and it doesn't work for two days and then suddenly i'm fallilng asleep at 11pm and waking up at 9am. my body is strange.

one time I got AN HOUR of sleep, was exhausted ALL DAY but still couldn't fall asleep until nearly midnight.
