@Totalanimefan: Rich Americans are rather contradictory when it comes to that tbh. " we want this, but we dont want this because we are convinced we will loose money and get less time in the day and looked at funny by our friends and competitors "

@totalanimefan: hello. oh I know the feel of bad drivers.. Unfortunately I'm from a family of bad drivers with a bad temper.
Some Americans come to Denmark just to experience the bicycle tourism themselves, as Denmark larger cities have places where you can rent bikes or city-bikes with a map over the more popular places in the city

ooh i see, how do u usually get around?
i read that biking and public transit are pretty popular, i was curious if that's true in areas that aren't as populated as well?

Usually I get around by bicycle, bicycle is very popular in Denmark 8D but if going to the bigger cities I rely on trains as I do not fare well with busses.

Dhal recipe. Translated from danish

This recipe is for 4 persons, also I can recommend using a big and thick bottomed pot for it.

Dahl:

Ingredients:
4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
2 tablespoon ginger, fresh, finely grated
2 tablespoon oliveoil
3 teaspoon curry, medium
1 tablespoon cumin, powder
1/2 tablespoon cilatro, powder
1/2 teaspoon cardamome powder
1/2 teaspon chiliflakes ( I personally use a medium strong chili )
6 dl ( or 2½ cups if thats what you use ) vegetable broth
200 gr ( or 7 oz ) red lentils
2 cans of chopped tomatoes
----

Heat the oil in a large pot at medium temperature add the garlic and ginger stir for 1 minute, then add curry, cumin, cardemom, cilatro, and chiliflakes, fry the spices for a good minute.

Rinse the lentils then add them in the pot along with the vegetable broth and chopped tomatoes

Let it simmer under a lid for ca. 45 minutes

Stir regularly and add eventually a bit of water if it gets too firm.

Add salt and pepper after taste, and serve in deep bowls along with some heated naan bread.

@xvz: The touchyness also depends on what kind of night that is I recall that night was an intense night, but that we also needed to try and get the group to be stalling a bit or they would have run into the group before them ^^

Ahha oh I know, we kept an eye on america even before covid.. though right now my attention is even more on the polish lgbtqi+ issues was at a digital protest just today
I live in a medium sized I guess you could call it, city next to the 9th biggest city in Denmark (Vejle ) if you're going to jutland or copenhagen your train will pass trough here unless you take the ferry. I live in the outer part of the city near 2 schools, 3 churches and the place where they train soldiers. the area has been called a minighetto by the mayor. but its still not more than 15 minutes fresh walk from the train station

Oh yea that definitely sound something alike that in san fran.

oh my current go to snack is ( and I know this is bad, so I only buy it if I see them on sale ) avocados with a pinch of salt.

I know of a kicker dhal recipe its SO yummy and not very expensive as long you have the spices!
