VTuber here! Before getting a custom model I suggest testing out if you like it with free models. Pixiv's Japanese side has some cute free ones and assets :) As for custom models, I could suggest some specific artists, but in general, the site Vgen often is your best bet! (I spent around 600 for a custom with rigging, so be prepared for pricing!)
