For example, the fox image says that the A is actually the image from U (one dot above and two below)
(you know it's an A because in the sentence 'the quick brown fox...' it's an A)

So in the sentence we must decode, whenever there's that U image, we put an A

First we get that the pic says 'the quick brown fox...'

Then we get the whole alphabet from the image, since the sentence has the whole alphabet.

we see that it doesn't match the alphabet they showed.

We use that first alphabet for that image (the brown one)

The result is gibberish, so we have to change for the alphabet from the fox/dog image
