Unfortunately I have troubles breaking down tasks which makes me overwhelmed rather easily but I'm glad you were able to find something that works for you! I do feel that fear of disappointing peers big time though lol, cause of my severe anxiety I just freeze up at the thought of doing certain things.

@Priestess of Pie: yeah i have the same issue with that as well (which is why i fell out of using it) but for me it's better than the alternative of a Normal to do list with nothing really motivating to it.

@Hazer: Its fun! I just have to remember to actually check it daily so I stay motivated

I used the Spotify year in review thing and it had told me my top song was "Ambient Fan Noises" cuz I would have it on loop all night to sleep so apparently its my favorite jam now lol
