They sometimes email them out via EA if you're subscribed to emails but like vengeance said, they've been putting the main community polls in the centre of the starting screen :D

sapherna was my last most active site. i hopped back on very briefly when it came back up from the downtime but it seemed really quiet and my friends kinda stopped going on avi sites too
i think the only sites i have accounts on that are still active are caedon, gaia and recolor.
