Mom got a rocking chair while I was looking for a garbage can to throw out my empty drink, as well as the xmas decorative sleigh she had already been eyeing
Then she bid on two smaller rocking chairs. I facepalmed, auctioneer noticed and told mom to not listen to me, listen to him
Somewhere around here mom called my pseudo brother childhood friend of my brother's, he didn't have a good home life so he eventually moved in and by the time he finally asked permission after slowly moving in, my parents were surprised he took so long to ask
Accidentally bid on and won a bunch of things, some of which I wanted anyway. Guy came over and bought a thing we didn't want
Almost got in a bidding war with mom because she didn't realize I was first bidder, that took a few seconds to sort out but that worked out
A fan sold for $10, turned out it broke so rebidding, sold for $15. Yup
Adirondack chairs at $30 each, two of them
Most of an entire really expensive tea set replacement pieces are expensive, the cheapest pieces are $10, something like the teapot runs $80-100 for $20
And some other stuff
Dropped almost $200 oops lol

An auction about a month ago, I had a box of stuff I wanted pulled from the rest of the lot it was with, which meant a $10 minimum, no one bid on it

I have plenty of money on hand too, and I spent $50 already. $10 on a maneki neko bank and $40 on a pair of geisha dolls
The dolls were fun, turns out today was the last day of a 20% off sale and then cuz I paid in cash I didn't have to cover the card transaction fee and the two who own the store moved from near where we live several years ago
So I wouldn't be overly surprised if I got a discount cuz hey technically neighbors
