@Roshan: Well he has to get his hours signed over for his journeyman's test and the dude isn't.... plus when he was 16-18 it was kind of under the table. Like you legally aren't suppose to, but they paid him cash so... -shrugs- I don't know all the rules and what not.

@Tuijp: I didn't get much sleep last night if I'm being honest.
My brains all scrambled.
@Roshan: I'm more worried about the people he works with. If they aren't paying attention or know what they're doing they could serious eff someone up. My husband's been working with electricity since he was 16, high voltage oilfield work... So I know he knows what he's doing.

and it's been raining all night and its raining now and I'm nervous
