It's..... going. I woke up this morning to find out my car got side swept last night.
My whole side mirror is crushed and they left a big dent on the side near my front tire...
I'm tryyying not to let it get to me though. Sh*t happens.

My car got sideswiped last night while it was parked on the street.
Gonna need to sit and stare for at least an hour T-T

This may be just a me thing, but I seriously just lay down and stare at the ceiling.
I also like to do self-care and practice my hobbies and go for walks, etc.
But I find when I'm really stressed and overwhelmed, it helps to do absolutely nothing.

Cause even being on my phone or drawing a bath can seem like too much work.
I never get to do.... nothing.
This usually only works when I'm physically stressed, as being mentally stressed I often find it hard to shut of my thoughts.
I can see this not working for someone who is type A though.

Another thing I like to do is eat soup.
Idk, something about a hot bowl of soup is like a band aid for the soul, lol.

This has happened to me too... I remember it so clearly - at least how I felt about it.
It was extremely painful, and I took it out on myself. Like it was my fault or that I wasn't good enough.

I really hate that this is true, but it really is: that time heals all wounds.
I sincerely offer my condolences, it's a truly difficult thing to go through.
But you will come out of it eventually, and you'll always have your memories.
People come and go, and that's one of the hardest things to accept about life. At least, for me.

I guess I don't have much advice, I just wanted to reach out to encourage you.
You got this! If anything, you at least have a small support system on Voltra. :-)

haha thank you for the breakdown, my brain was way too scrambled to be able to translate all the mumbo jumbo fine print.
Think I'll just buy the expansion pack for $25 if it's only a one time fee. It's basically like $25 for a brand new game!

That's a good idea actually. I'm sure the staff have a system going on how they prepare for events, though.
Whatever they're doing, they're doing a banging job! lol I absolutely love how Voltra does their events.
I say it all the time, but I'm really impressed by this site. The web design, the NPCs, the items, the community...
it just warms my lil heart :')

@totalanimefan: I think it will be. I really don't mind if the staff take a little break in between events, they deserve it lol.
The cool thing about it being in November is that I'll be less busy. And then there'll be less time in between Reaping Ritual and the winter event.

Lol, wish I could just take a month long great from being conscious.

@totalanimefan: There's been a few times where I missed events completely because I was busy.
So I'm glad I caught this one. Events are always great opportunities for me to get social and super engaged on the site.^^
