Oh, mostly when I'm bored at work only if my boss isn't around (I know it sounds unprofessional sorry) but otherwise I tend to afk (or away from mobile? lol) a lot.

@xvz: Mostly the latter :o and sometimes if I had a weird dream or some sort of nightmare, I would wake up for about a min just to calm myself down then tried to go to sleep.
And ah I see *nods*, that's normal to wake up by accident though, probably due to mistaking that you had to get up early to work or some sort ( ^_^; )
