My bed is my biggest pleasure mmmmm.
Its so comfy and warm and i never have to do much for it but properly make it.

A big element can be in the setting you put it in. A good, classic haunted house idea could be set in a large mansion owned by a rich, deceased family.
Family portraits everywhere, haunted by the previous owners. Awful things happen, the weather is never pleasant, etc etc.
Think like... haunted mansion from disney. That is spooky.
