@Xanthan: I have considered starting a discussion thread on here. I have been listening to audiobooks at night. Haha. I listen to the book previous to the one I'm reading to sleep at night and so I can remember more of the little details from book to book.

Have you read Piers Anthony's Xanth series or is your name a coincidence? I read the first 12 or so of those in high school.

@Booderdooder: You should try Yona of the Dawn. No fan service. Fantasy type setting. Super funny.

If you like Inuyasha you might like Kamisama Kiss. Shoujo romance comedy. Young girl falls in love with demon with cute floofy ears after a god gives her all his power. The demon becomes her familiar and has to do everything she says and he is cranky about it.

@Booderdooder: Anime has a come a long way since Naruto and Inuyasha. And now it all comes out in English and the same time as it comes out in Japan. And the voice acting is waaay better.

@Booderdooder: My house was built in 1951 and it makes noises a lot when it's windy. Which is all the time in Kansas. Rattling Windows mostly.
My bf's dad's house is really new and it sighs and creeks all the time. Loudly. It almost sounds like wood cracking. It's just the house settling but it is spooky sounding.

The Princess Bride by William Goldman. It's funny, it's meta and one of my favorite books. I have read it so many times my copy is falling apart. It taught me that some books are worth re-reading. The book also means a lot to me because of how I acquired it. I won it in a raffle at a father-daughter dance when I was little and my dad I both love the movie version. I will forever think of him when I read it.

@Xanthan: I am reading through WoT right now.
I'm almost done with the fourth book. I wish I had read it sooner.
