Erica was silent for a moment sighing and just slumping against the back of the chair.

Erica just crossed her arms. She wasn't wasn't feeling the best either, but she was faring better than he was, it seemed.
"How? Because you're too damn cocky." She answered.
"You had no room to acknowledge that there's a possibility that you're below me." She added.

Erica continued to walk toward it, but every step acquired more of her own determination.
Once she was close enough, She backhanded him before grabbing what could be considered his collar.
"You want to tell me waht to do? You want to be the one in control?" She asked, her voice darkening.
"I dealt with enough shit like that when I was a child, and I refuse to deal with it as an adult." She warned.
"You better run away like a mutt with its tail between its legs, or just give in because I will not go down easy." She then paused for a moment.
"If you throw all you have at me, maybe, just maybe, you'll be able to actually win this."
