And yes, genes can play a factor... but they are nothing more than sacks of fat.
You put on weight, the fat has to go places, right?
That's just one place (or two if you wanna look at it that way xD) that it can go

@RainbowPanda: The question there, is what the hell is considered nbormal?
Some people would say an A cup is normal
others would say a G cup is.
It's purly perspective.
And even then, being smaller is a blessing in and of itself.
Large breasts = more weight on your chest. Imagine the back pain.

I canNOT go into somewhere like walmart or La Senza for a bra. I am REQUIRED to shop online or go to a specialty store

@sunny: Somewhere like La Senza could do it, but I doubt it'd be a 'proper' fitting.
There's a place here in my city called 'My Top Drawer'. It's literally a lingerie store, male and female (predominantly female, of course) and they do a proper sizing there. And they make their suggestions and such on how to go about it, while taking your size, budget, and quirks (for instance, my breasts are two diff sizes, and notably at that) into consideration.
So you shoudl be able to google it and find something for yourself =)
For instance, something like 'lingerie store [insterlocationhere]' or something =)
