@Mellonin: I'm well acquainted with the cocoon of fear xD I'm getting better about not hiding in it with horror movies, but horror games will have me cowering behind my fingers xDD
Oh, asylums are a special sort of scary. I wish I could remember what the game was that I saw Markiplier playing that took place in an asylum... that one was definitely horror...

Fiancé is having issued with his 3D printer and I'm sad I can't help troubleshoot and fix it. He's at the point of chucking it, and I wish I could make it better...

Then had D&D last night with my other group, started at 7:30 and they talked for 4 hours until we finally started rolling dice around 11:30... I should've said I had to go to bed at 10:30...

Ferry trip was great, time with friends was amazing, we got to solve a neat puzzle in our Daggerheart game - was an absolutely fantastic time

@WretroughWorld: Yup, you're not alone! One of my friends also loves the idea of horror games but won't play them herself. She got the new Resident Evil pro controller for the Switch 2, but doesn't have the game xD
Which Resident Evil games have you tried? The first one I really got to watch was RE8, and then I think my fiancé went back and played either RE2 or RE4. They're interesting games, but really icky at the same time xD
Dead by Daylight is fun, and there's some crazy crossovers! Resident Evil, Hellraiser, Nightmare on Elm Street, D&D, Stranger Things, Evil Dead, and a bunch more I know i'm forgetting
Silent Hill monsters are really freaky, it's a great psychological horror. I don't wanna spoil things though =D
Honestly, my favourite thing about Amnesia is a review I saw by Zero Punctuation where he talked about the monsters popping out and going "Abloogy woogy woo", and it was the most hilarious description of a jumpscare ever xDDD

@WretroughWorld: Glad I'm not the only one! I totally chicken out and get too scared to do anything and just stand still, which usually has unfortunate results xD
I can play Dead By Daylight, but I'm terrible at being the killer and always get really disappointed when I don't get anyone.
I freaked out during Phasmophobia, no way I'd ever play that in VR...
I don't mind watching my finacé play Resident Evil, and I'd probably be okay watching him play Silent Hill. We've never tried Amnesia or any of those really scary ones...
