my area is only really at the point of closing off the boarder and schools. Haven't touched daycares or most other things. A handful of malls in my area have reduced hours overall, and I was supposed to start a new job saturday, but it's been more or less postponed for the time being until all of this stuff settles. (I'm in canada, btw)

I'm half expecting restaurants and whatnot to follow suit within the next few weeks if the boarder stays closed off for any more than two weeks. which will be interesting, because I work in a coffee shop which gets majority of our beans from outside of Canada, Brazil being main place in terms of importing from.

@heaven: Well, that's at least a plus, but, still a worry in the back of my mind either way, though, truthfully.

Im not overly surprised with the new job being postponed, I just want it to start because that means one step closer to essentially leaving the company I'm with currently LOL
