I don’t know what to tell you. If he going through a lot of pain? It’s easy for people to loose their temper then.
@vengeance: maybe try asking? Don’t say anything about a dr or hospital but maybe try that?

Maybe tell him it hurts when you always seem mad at him.
And it will probably blow up but it will plant that seed.
