I saw a baby platypus once, but that's about it!

@Aly: Yeah. I did and I keep meaning to show Jaden. She's a spider enthusiast. She's got a tarantula named Tippy (for the paws reason. It's a pink toed and the paws are pink but the rest is not). Spider paws are adorable.
I was mostly saying that though because I'm sure there are a whole mess of even scarier spiders down under. The spiders around here don't usually get to be much larger than your thumb. : P
Also, I've seen a fox in person. It was in empty field on the edge of the woods when my girl, kids, brother and sister in law were camping. It saw us and my sister in law chased it (? not sure why?) but it saw her running at him and darted into the woods.
