@vengeance: Gotcha. It's always a good idea to keep your resume current and your eyes open, IMO.
@Wildfire: Now I am trying to figure out which version to go with. I made 4 colour versions:
Which one do you like?
@Wildfire: I'm watching an interview in Japanese of my favorite singer. She's retired now though. It's good practice for my Japanese.
@vengeance: I think it depends partly on what kind of job you're looking for, but I prefer the two on the top.
@Totalanimefan: Oh that sounds fun. How long have you been speaking (or learning?) Japanese?

@Wildfire: I am a designer. But I got told to make 2 resumes. One for when I am applying as a designer and one for all other job applications.
@Wildfire: I studied it in University in 2011 and 2012. And I've tried to keep up with it.
@vengeance: Interesting. You would use a "designed" resume for even a non-design-oriented job?
@Totalanimefan: Cool. Have you had much luck keeping up with it - it sounds like you're doing pretty well...

@Wildfire: Yeh I had one resume. A designed one and I would use it for all jobs I applied for.
@Wildfire: Thank you. The singing is Namie Amuro not that you probably know her. ^^;
@vengeance: So of those four, you'll choose one for your designer job resume...?
@Totalanimefan: No, I don't know her. I applaud your keeping up with the language, though - it's really hard to do here in the US!!

@Wildfire: Yep. And after showing my mom I will use the 4rd one for my design job applications. And based on the colours I think the 3rd one would be suitable for everything else.
@Wildfire: Yeah it is really hard. I'm lucky that I live in CA and sometimes I hear Japanese in the wild lol
@vengeance: I bet! My dogs are looking for attention too, but it's getting close to dinner & walk time for them...
@Totalanimefan: No, probably not... especially not since there are plenty of other places to find "wild" (foreign) languages spoken without the hassle of CA
