i take antidepressants but i don’t think they work, and lately i’ve had major trouble sleeping
would sleep meds work? can i take them with antidepressants?

Some antidepressants can cause sleeping problems. So I would talk with your doctor about that.

+ most sleeping pills are higly addicting if you take them for a longer period of time (longer then a week). You can get serious withdrawal symptoms from them.

@KairoSama: I'm not an expert, but the one I take, I have to take one every night. I guess it depends on what your doctor says. There are different ones.

its all good! it was mostly a sort of vent post bc i wanted to complain about being tired LMAO
