It's not a large shop, but it's a shop nonetheless. Nestled Between a highly successful shop and its main competitor, Wizard Faxes, you stumble upon a place called "Fookbai's Wizard Pager Palace". Curious. Since you're a young wizard and it's the 90s, you can't help but walk into this quaint little store. The shelves are lined with strange, glass orbs, all varying in size and colour. There's some sort of glowing, swirling substance within them, but you don't feel any sense of power emanating from any of them.
There is also a man behind the counter, absentmindedly picking his teeth before he notices you approach. Leaning forward against the counter, he flashes you a cheap grin, his golden tooth catching the light with a glint:
"Hey there, name's Fritzwal. You look like you could do with a pager, what do ya say?"
