Forums Feedback Indenting Codes

Donator — PrinCSS Posted 7 years ago ( 2017/09/1 11:36:12 )
Being able to indent;
Only left OR/AND
Left and Right (so it indents from both sides)

In html you can use < ul > to indent and I feel it'd be a way to make some nice forum layouts :D
It can look really nice as lists or even if there's a few paragraphs of text!

Possibly a float code that lets you put two boxes side to side?
Like float left with a 50% width etc.
That one might be asking a bit much though >U<:

Should I supply pictures? Oops!

I'd love to have unordered and ordered lists. Also just a general indent code that moves text over would be very nice. ^^

I've found that using;

<ul>the ul tag for html moves the text like this</ul>

<ol>the ol also does this</ol>

But I'd love an indent code (that works left/right) that does say 25px on the left and right? instead of having
-webkit-margin-before: 1em;
-webkit-margin-after: 1em;
-webkit-margin-start: 0px;
-webkit-margin-end: 0px;
-webkit-padding-start: 40px;

As the default for the tags mentioned above.

And if you used the 25px margin/padding thing - it would be cool to be able to stack it?
Or even have bbcode that is like indentsml & indentlg for small and large paddings

like indentlg and indentsml or something to have specified so you're not typing <thing><thing></thing></thing>
