In a retail job when I'm on my feet constantly and tomorrow is a major ad day (I'm a manager, I have to set it for the largest square footage department in the building).

I must have twisted wrong in my sleep or laying down cause earlier today I just went to stand up and realise the muscle was pulled???? I'm so confused on how I did it honestly.
