@vengeance: My sister has that problem. She's a preceptor for an OR at the hospital and she trains the SLOWEST nurses.
@Concentricity: I have no problem with training new people. However this person is slow because she doesn't want to be quick. Way worse.

@Concentricity: They don't care at my work. I left a long as complained about another coworker and someone else had complained about her as well. They said they where going to take it seriously but they don't.

@vengeance: Sounds like my job. They don't care about others that mess around there. They just don't want to have to pay unemployment if they get fired.
The only thing they took seriously is that I don't want to work with her ever again.

I said to the teamleader "I am done with her and I refuse to work with her again". He totaly understood and told me he wanted her gone as well but the department leader didn't.

@vengeance: Geez, that's why I HATE having to answer to other people. Especially people that don't work side by side with them. They get a different opinion of them than you have because they probably just kiss ass to the higher-ups.
Exacly. He doesn't deal with her directly so he isn't affected. He did speak out about the phone usages of people at work under worktime. But in the end he isn't doing anything about it. Like saying you can't do it and then leave it at that isn't going to work.

Sounds like my bosses. They are terrible managers even though they're the ones we have to answer to. They don't want the "drama" of having to tell someone they're fired.
Well here it is worse. A bunch of people here at work including me are working there based on a give jobless people working experience. We do get paid however the company also get's paid for hiring those people. She is part of that project.

That's absolute crap. I'm so glad we don't have that crap in the US. No wonder she's screwing off, she can do whatever the heck she wants to do and they get money for it. They don't care.
