Hello,
So right now I’m feeling restless. I’m just feeling really out of sorts.
I wanted to know how you guys deal with restlessness and light anxiety? (I say light not to offend anyone I just mean that I’m not doing to have a panic attack).
I tried to go for a walk that normally helps but it didn’t do too much for me tonight.

Aw, I feel you! Although your feelings might not be as intense, they're still every bit as real and valid an experience. (Just in case you needed a reminder).

Usually when I feel mildly anxious, I walk or sing. Sometimes I clean things.
Sometimes it just helps me to think about and acknowldge how I'm feeling and listen to the thoughts I'm having instead of just distracting myself.

Usually doing other things that you enjoy that will distract your mind will help.
For example watch a funny video on youtube. Or you ike drawing/writing/singing etc. anything really. Just something else to occupy the mind
Also what eruca said. It's definitely good to acknowledge your thoughts. Acknowledge that they are there but don't dwell or ruminate
