@Totalanimefan: Technically don't have a budget since
it'll be miraculous to even save up for a computer since i'm barely making $10 often on my art.

the most i want to spend is between $700-900.
the computer i am looking at is $900
but goes on sale for around $700 as i'd prefer to buy it at $700 so then i can get accidental damage warranty for it
which then it's $800.

Which is why, i said it would be a miracle.
there is no way im going to get it for another 5 years.

My art kinda just...is not going anywhere online at this moment.
so im just surviving at this point and making $30 last me...a year lol.

@KittyBeary: Yep! I like how the forums here are active so earning currency isn't as hard as it could have been. And people here have been very generous with gifting and charities and things. I love it.
Wish I was here from the beginning but although I'm late to the party I'm happy I can enjoy it XD

@Totalanimefan: I've heard that some HOAs can put in a lot of rules. The apartment I lived in covered water and heating, so that was nice, but I'd take my own space any day where I don't need to hear people screaming at each other or blasting their tv/radio.

@Megaame: Yes they can. There are good HOAs and bad ones for sure. You would have to look into it before you bought the place. I don't remember if I said this or not but what about a townhouse?

@Totalanimefan: Townhomes are definitely better because you can make them your own. I think I just hate sharing walls with others lol. I live in a pretty standard 3 bed/2 bath house right now and I can't complain. Did you move into a house?

@Megaame: Yes I did. This is my first time living in a house with no shared walls since I was living at home with my family in 2011.
