@Bonnie: thank you. I do cook regularly for the family. I decided on veggie too - roasted baby rainbow carrots. There probably won't be leftovers by the time my family is done with this!

@MoodyB: I don't suppose there are any Korean or Japanese places near you that you might be able to try these things without flying halfway across the globe? (although eating food like that in the native culture is amazing!)

to really do that since money is very tight.
and i feel so unsafe eating out or just ordering stuff from restaurants with the virus.
Even with the vaccine coming my state actually did not get the full amount of vaccines they were supposed to get
for some reason.
