a chicken burger. it's a patty with chicken and green peppers and onions. it's yummy
something easy~ these burgers were already cooked i just had to heat it up and dress it. i didn't have any cheese or something green so i just used a tiny bit of mayo and hot honey mustard

Dinner tonight is your choice of chicken and broccoli casserole (<--- filler food for teenagers; using up leftovers), OR roasted herb pork chops with a side of sauteed spaghetti squash, kale & mushrooms topped with turkey bacon. :3 I suggest a nice glass of chilled white moscato as a compliment (for those of legal drinking age)

I've seen a lot of people just not know what to do without meat as a major part of the meal. I usually have more veggies than meat when I cook, and most things are adaptable for different diets. It helps that I was vegan and vegetarian for a while, though (I'm one of those that feel better eating some meat)
the robins have been hanging out by my window. they always come around during winter.

I'm in avi making mode at the moment. I go through periods where I can't make a new avi to save my life, and them I'll make three in a day. This time I realized that I wish there was a watering can item
