@Hachi Oh my gosh, yes! That would always happen! This newer, nicer one I have helps to keep itself inflated, and although it's not perfect it's pretty good at all. I'm not fighting to stay on my side of the bed.

There was one time I was at an anime convention and our air mattress completely deflated so basically my ex and I were sleeping on the hard hotel floor that entire night...

yeeeahh my sister let me borrow her nice inflatable mattress once and it's like really thick (full of air ofc). like thicker than an actual mattress ADLKFJ but it feels like you're sleeping on air instead of the ground so it was nice

Wow, that sucks. You should have just gotten a bunch of blankets and slept on the floor lol. I would have been better (I've done that for past anime cons)
