I basically answer the phone (haven't been doing that cause I been working from home and don't have a landline connection for my work phone), but I also compile statistic reports for work. So I comb through excel files of all of the calls we did and create reports based on where they came from and what not.

I like just peanut butter, with crusts, and cut the triangle way (sometimes I cut it into minis).
