I woke up with a small tummy ache. It’s not really going away. Curse my IBS.
@Hachi: well if you have aged cheese you are good. The process removes the lactose from cheese over time. But young cheeses and cream cheese, Brie, and mozzarella...your going to have a bad time.
But also aged cheeses tend to cost more since you know it takes longer to make.
Also in the US there are pills you can take that I use and they work. However you can’t leave them in a hot area or they won’t work. Like you can’t leave them in your car. I store like 6 at a time in my purse and the rest I leave at home

@Totalanimefan: I can imagine that driving through the desert is pretty boring :/ I have never seen a desert. Are there lots of animals?
@Hachi: yeah that one is one of my favorites.
Normally the harder the cheese the more aged it is. Like like Parmesan or a hard cheddar off a block.
@sunny: the desert is very barren. Not much going on. Not many animals or people. You do see Cactus which are cool.
After the desert is the Great Plains. So it’s super flat and just fields for miles and miles. You do see People, animals and houses sometimes.
Then the east coast is the most green and has the most people. Lots of towns and cities but also still countryside.

@Totalanimefan: oh right. I like going on long car drives but maybe not THAT long lol. The longest car drive I've been on is about 4 hours.
