I wanna make a thrift shop thread where I sell commons and occasionally other stuff for a very low price. Would that go in exchange or could it be considered a charity?

But it could fall in either forum as sales are taking place, unless you limit it to, say, new members or something

@Paranoia: I told them I want to limit how many purchases a user can make a month and offer special deals to new users. Personally I think it could be a charity but I'd rather ask first. :3
