I was cleaning my room. Right as I finished mopping, walked the dog, and took out the trash and the recycling. @vengeance: Had to distract myself somehow. Almost had a panic attack this morning. 
@vengeance: Usually I only get them when I get lost and I'm by myself or if it's something money related. This would be the first time I've been close to having one without it being either of those situations. @vengeance: Least my room is clean now as well. @vengeance: Hurt my back though.
