I used to do this, but it made me really depressed so I stopped. The cost of living anywhere that sounds awesome is just too damn high. ;o;

@Totalanimefan: No it's not near me. It's because of the location and space. There is 3000 m2 ground around the house. The house itself is 330 m².

@Totalanimefan: You know how this country is with common sense~ if there’s no profit and it benefits people from all classes and races then NOPE. I wish they would expand and improve public transit too so people wouldn’t mind about commuting.
You know what the sad thing is? My parents bought their house for like 50k 20 years ago... now it’s worth a little over 500k. RIP American dream.

@Tsundererra: Yeah I know what you mean. My condo that I bought in Dec was made in '85. The developer sold it for 90k. The same owner owned it the whole time. He sold it for 595k. 0-0
@vengeance: Oh maybe that's why it's so much money because it's huge? You can always fix up the kitchen, but you can't change the location or the architecture much.

@Tsundererra: Honestly I thought about a tiny house. I'm totally ok with just a computer and some handheld video games but the thing is you need land to put it on, and unless you also own the land, you have to pay someone rent on the land. Which can be very expensive and they could kick you out.

There was a vid on Reddit of a girl whose bf is a truck driver, and they turned the inside of their truck into a decent looking living area. I wouldn’t mind that lifestyle so much if I had that truck.
