Eke just smiled and yawned.

"Well im glad i found you. I didnt think id ever...ah..yknow...find family like i have" he said.

"My...erm..." he grimaced holding his head.

His mind was blocking him from remembering his mother as those memories were ripped out.

"Nothing...nevermind" he finally said and lay back looking at the sky

"Where are you going?" he asked sitting up.

"Want me to go ahead and pack up?" he added standing up.

He looked to the sky, hearing the thunder.

Eke looked up

"Hope its not a dragon" he said gently.

He started packing up as he felt the first drops.

Eke felt the odd sensation he was being watched.

Still he packed up and got into the rv.

Eke was looking out the window.

"I dont mind. But i hope its not a dragon" he said.

Then he furrowed his brows.

"I dont know what black dragons do...like..our special thing"

"The storm came out of nowhere and so suddenly" he said looking over.

"Storms usually build up, the sky doesnt just suddenly start thurndering and pouring" he said sitting down

"Dont you remember the snow storm?" he asked shivering a bit.

He did, he remembered how suddenly he started snowing, how he almost drowned in the river and how he was almost taken by the song.

Eke blinked as he hdnt been prepared.

Still it made him smile and he leaned back.

"Yeah. Why would a storm dragon be way out here? And why cause a storm?" he asked.

"You ever get the feeling something is just a little off?"

"Well ive got it now" he said

"Do you think were stuck here?" he asked.

Eke lookeed out the window

"Of course if its a dragon in trouble..." he murmured, a glint in his eyes

"Well i mean...its the right thing to do...if we left and a dragon needed help..." he trailed off looking at his hands.

"Well i dunno about you but it would sit right with me..." he said with his brows furrowed.

He looked up at Ryker before getting up and getting his coat.

"I just need you to keep the rain off me yeah?" Eke said with something of an impish smile.

Eke looked out the window.

He seemed to be looking past the rain.

He put his hood up and went out of the trailer.

Eke then pointed to the highest cliff, where there was lightening actively hitting.

"Thats where we have to go. If its a dragon, theyd be at the center, which incedentally will be the most...dangerous place" he called over the rain.

Eke laughed and nodded.

"A hurt dragon is a dangerous dragon, not to mention the lightening! So be careful!" he called.

Eke started to make his way towards the center of the storm.

He got to the sheer cliff and frowned, but he wasnt about to be stopped.

If he was anything like his father, it was his stubborness to help others.

And so...the frail boy started climbing as best as he could
