Oh frick man. This movie was pretty damn good. Those of you who know me, know that ive been around the block with horror. (Those of you that dont..hey. im a giant horror junkie.) Its so..twisted.
No real jumpscares (tired of those so thank god). I was full of anxiety and fear the whole time. One particular scene made my stomach CHURN. Ugh. Yuck. The mothers acting is PHENOMINAL. She has a lot of emotion (esp in that damn scene i just refrenced holy shit).
The ending was...eh. I feel like there was too much forced demonology. It made sense yeah..but tbh it couldve went without it.
Tbh I havent been this paranoid and scared for awhile after the movie ended so frickin a+ for them.

So that's what it is! I was at the bookstore recently and they had like a thousand copies of the book and I wondered how I missed something so popular. lol Puzzle solved! I enjoy horror films but get tired of the same old, same old. If it's got a different sort of story, I might check it out.
