@xvz: Yeah I'm really lucky that I got a husband that cleans and cleans well. We normally both clean together and try to tackle different things. It works out well.

I live in the Bay Area. So you are going to get sticker shock. It's $3400 a month plus $350 HOA. I bought this in 2018. (I live in the most expensive area in the US).
What do you pay?
@Totalanimefan: Oof. I pay $495 + electric. Come live in the boonies, it's cheap and there's nothing to do lol
@Lilykin: Yeah mine doesn't include electric either. It does include swear, water and trash though. XD
To be fair with how expensive it is in San Jose, there really isn't that much to do. It's just like the worlds most expensive suburb. XD
@Totalanimefan: There's actually plenty of stuff here if you don't mind a bit of travel. Lot's of little towns to explore and plenty of outdoorsy activities. But like, OK only has a handful of "big" cities so if that's what you're into you're out of luck lol
